A solid elmwood reproduction antique inspired by Qing Dynasty China’s Imperial Palace (the original Qing example on display in the Imperial Palace is made of solid zitan hardwood and measures 41″ x 14″ x 32″ H). Humpbacked stretchers and pillar shaped struts, with three spandrels per leg. Spandrels are hollow and framed by circular rods that continue the light and airy floating multi-dimension appearance. A very stable all wood joinery construction with splayed legs that flare away from the table to create proportion and balance.
