Diablo Woodworkers Shop Tour

Saturday, April 18th: Diablo Woodworkers shop tour at the Rosewood House. All are welcome. 9:00am-12:00 noon. The store hours for this Saturday are 9:00am-5:00pm, we look forward to seeing you in store.

The Diablo Woodworkers, founded 1997, serves Diablo Valley woodworkers of the San Francisco East Bay Area. They welcome all, from woodworkers, cabinetmakers, scroll saw artists, to wood turners and their experience ranges from enthusiast beginners to professional artist.

Wilson Tai, designer at Rosewood House, was invited to speak at the Diablo Woodworkers HQ in Pleasant Hill in April 2009. The presentation, “Rosewood House: Concept to Manufacture to Delivery,” included case studies of special order custom design furniture by Rosewood House and the behind-the-scenes design process with the customer. It also revealed the design & marketing of luxury. The presentation pulled a great turnout, capacity exceeded the number of seats for those in attendance. Wilson reported the group exhibited great passion for wood and quality handmade wood creations, with excellent questions and was pleased with the Diablo Woodworkers experience.
